Our latest show features an interview with Cory Churko. Cory has enjoyed a multi-faceted career in music for over 20 years. His talents have brought him together as a musician, producer and audio-engineer with such names as Shania Twain, Kelly Clarkson, Elton John and The Corrs. He adapted a raw food lifestyle in June 2006 and from his experiences so far he is convinced that this is the diet humans were meant to eat.

On today’s show, Cory talks about touring the world while maintaining a raw food diet. In addition, he reveals the numerous benefits he and his wife Jody have obtained by following the raw food diet.

Fascinating and inspiring.

steve .. welcome back. missed you.

i started organic fresh in the 70’s summer. Am 90% alive and organic now.

i live in will call ecstasy. Eating fresh helps so much.

would love to hear you interview people who have a focus on higher states of consciousness like dr. cousens.

my contributing thought is this. i feel people obsess far to much just around food. I believe one needs to focus also on mental state, excercise, ethical work, relationships, serving others and deep meditation.

eating pure is just a given for high living. kind of like the ticket to the concert of live. i say just do it.

i have no problem traveling the world on fresh and superfoods. it is easy. i pack a great deal of seeds, nuts that i sprout. i travel with my juicer.

oh. i suggest you do a show on ormus. get barry carter in an interveiw. he was all raw at one time. google ormus barry carter to get in contact with him. I prefer not to use the word raw. instead i like alive and organic. one can have a great deal of almost dead raw food around.
