Greetings.

Mr. Prussack,

Are you familiar with the raw vegan ICE Supreme, the World's Healthiest Frozen Treat.

We discovered it during a sample tasting at Whole Foods Market.

Maybe you would like to interview the founder or the owner, as it may be a topic of interest to your radio listening audience.

The website is www.icesupreme.com. By the way the taste is AWESOME!

We appreciate you keeping us informed and introducing us to knowledgeable guests.

Thanks, much!

Hi, I was just getting disgusted with what seems like hypocrisy and opportunism in the current raw food world which I have returned to yet again. I have run into so many conflicting theories from when I studied with Steve Meyerowitz and Viktoras in person and thru early Ehret books starting in the mid or late 70's thru Wigmore and Shelton, Harvey Diamond, TC Fry, etc. It felt for real and although esoteric, just plain right. No hoopla, just simple and clearcut and do-able. I even taught it for a while! I did 2 years of raw and quite a few years of mostly fruits, mostly mono meals, then moved to Hawaii which made it so much easier. When I moved back to the states 15 years later, I lost it. I scrambled for work and back and forth vegan/vegie mostly raw but breakdowns here and there always battling with potato chips. I recently started growing wheatgrass again and juicing and when I checked out Viktoras and Steve and Hippocrates on line I found them all right, but also what amounts to a questionable industry that seems to cater more to eating than eating raw. In other words, the focus is food, not health via food. A lifelong art-to-eat foodie, I am fascinated by all that can be done raw, but so much seems too rich and too sweet, and dense. I would not feel comfortable helping people substitute one addiction for another. This talk by Dr. Latham confirmed what was bothering me but I didn't have words for, i.e.,concerns about the merchant aspect and people looking not all that fit and healthy for what they claim their lifestyle is. Photos of people 10 years ago when they started showed them as trim and beaming. Now some of them are fat and puffy. Surely some integrity is out here, and this gave me a heavy heart. Dr. LaThams talk gave me the key and I feel confident that the purity I crave as I return to the raw world is still there, but I am afraid the marketing aspect and catering to eating addictions, even raw, are just borrowing from the old world we are trying to leave. This left me so confused and unwilling to join something that now smacks of what I was trying to get away from. But so beautifully put, he says take what you wish from all the teachers, and make it your own. Thank you so much for this wonderful program and for the rawveganradio programming. We are among friends and soulmates and I don't have to feel like a lonely weirdo anymore! I really do feel as though I have come home. Blessings, and Namaste to all!

I recently listened to your interview of Dr. Latham. I must admit this was
the most profound, intellectual and plain common sense talk on living foods I've
heard.

I really can't began to thank you enough for Freely sharing this one.

Shalom, Shalom Steave
I am from the sun rain city Colon rainbow city Panama not too far from where the great Dr lived. I am one of the wounded ones who only wanted to learn
how to live eat right and to survive the unslaught of this world. But instead of learning truth and moving on and teaching others how to live I find myself still standing at the door trying to grasp the fundementals of what the raw movement is all about with an emty pocket. I woke this morning filled with disgust. I said a little prayer and I tuned into this show. What a wonderful surprise! Thank You very much for this show. Today I have learned something that made me feel so good inside and lighten my step. Gracias!

Hello Steve,

I'm listening the episode as I write. I have seen Dr.Aris Latham in a local TV show in Brazil, but back then I wasn't ready for his message, this episode brings a lot of awesome messages, I just cooked a big pot of rice... and I decided that I don't wanna eat it anymore.
I'm a vegan, I haven't decided to go raw yet, but it's on my mind every day, it's coming for sure.
I'm loving the show, found out about it a little while ago, I hope you keep it up for much longer, you're doing a good job!
Thanks buddy!
