At the time I read first few pages and tossed book thinking there is NO way I am responsible for my health problems! I kept the book though. Many years had passed and I got the book back out. I now consider it my "bible". It has changed my life! It is so "dog eared" from years of rereading and looking things up that I have looked for another copy, only to be disappointed. I will now look for copy as I bet they are available now. It is wonderful to hear that the book has traveled so far and helped so many!
