On today’s show, we feature an exclusive interview with Valya Boutenko. You’ll learn how the Boutenko family dealt with the pros and cons following a raw food diet. Valya Boutenko, a raw foodist for 13 years, has recently graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art. Valya is a certified raw food chef who specializes in desserts. She is the co-author of the books, Raw Family, and Eating Without Heating as well as the co-producer of the award winning movie, Interview With Sergei. She has been researching the ways to inspire children to eat healthier. She practices nonviolent communication and is a student of Byron Katie. Valya enjoys gardening, dancing, sewing, and painting.

It’s hard to believe what she said about Sergei’s tooth enamel regenerating itself. That is awesome, and the body’s true capabilities are un-known- at least by most of us masses. I took the trouble to change my mercury amalgam fillings a while ago and got healthier replacements. Who knows what my mouth is doing now on the 811rv lifestyle. I also had had my wisdom teeth removed as a child which was a very unwise thing to do. I am wondering about the body’s ability to recover from real health conditions such as this and such as exito-toxin damage to the developing nervous system. I don’t know the extent to which it can happen but I know we can do all that’s in our power to live the conditions of health. I’m going to start studying what constitutes a tooth. There is no limit to what the mind can understand with health. Great interview- you are really making me interested in signing up for premium. I guess that if my fillings fall out I won’t get them replaced, or I should say I won’t necessarily get them replaced. I had heard about Stanley Bass’s teeth falling out or something like that. I don’t necessarily agree with the upshot of the article but the effect of food on teeth is definitely something to look into and study more deeply. great interview! Life is a game that is fun to play, till we get the healing done, in the garden, in the healing game. did ye get healed? Jah!

Easy…just put this girl out there in front of the Masses as an example of the Potential of this Diet, and you will instantly have tons of People intrigued and who will want to know more . The Radiance and Glow from this girl is so strong its ridiculous. VERY inspirational
