On The Road- San Francisco

I am temporarily out of the studio until next weekend. I met up with an old college friend (Veronica Prainito from New Jersey) in San Francisco and we are checking out the raw scene out here. Tonight, we had an amazing meal at Alive. I especially enjoyed the Thyme Parsley Walnut Pesto Raviolis with Shitake Mushrooms and Sundried Tomato Marinara.

Another favorite was the raw sushi made with an incredible cashew creme sauce…to top it off, we split one of the most INCREDIBLE raw desserts I have ever experienced…a delectable blueberry torte (and award-winning for best dessert at the Raw Spirit Festival, according to the owner).

Definitely check out this amazing restaurant when you are out in the Bay Area. Highly recommended and Winner of Best in 2007 from San Francisco Weekly.

I had some equipment failure at the home studio so unfortunately, the David Icke show will air next weekend…but believe me, it is well worth the wait!
